The Oversized Load Corridor Project will provide Oversized Opportunity for the businesses of Lambton County.
Funding of $6 million was announced in August from the Federal Governments “National Trade Corridor Fund”. This is matched with the City of Sarnia, County of Lambton, and St. Clair Township’s pledge of a further $6 million which will allow the full project to proceed.
Many years and many people have been involved in making this SLIA (Sarnia Lambton Industrial Alliance) originated and led project a reality.
This is a huge win for Sarnia, the many talented fabrication firms in the area and the huge list of their suppliers, all of who will benefit for many years to come.
